Day One at Bartle

I'm back at home after four days and some 700 photos at Bartle --
hardly a surprise to those who know me -- but don't worry, I won't
post them all.

Some things I didn't photograph: a nocturnal visit by a raccoon, 257
daddy long legs spiders in my tent, and a peeping toad in the latrine.

After what first looked like a Chinese fire drill, the Scouts figured
out a bucket brigade was the most effective way to unload the trailer
at Bartle.
